Process control

SPC X-bar/R charts with A2/D3/D4 control limits and out-of-control detection indicate when a process is drifting.

Yield and defect breakdown

Yield, cycle-time statistics, and a defect breakdown per station support review and continuous improvement.

Traceability

Each result records operator, shift, batch, and the serial captured from the barcode. Daily audit logs support compliance and root-cause analysis.

Consistency across shifts

Locked recipes and role-based access keep the inspection the same across operators and shifts, and record who changed what.

Reporting

Reporting is built in.

Quality reporting is part of the application; no separate BI integration or manual export is required. Results can be viewed live, sent as scheduled reports, and retained for review.
